All Support Bundles include: unlimited helpdesk support, remote monitoring and management (RMM), automated patch management, Microsoft 365 tenant administration, SentinelOne endpoint protection, backup monitoring, vendor coordination, and access to our self-service client portal. Hybrid and Enhanced plans add onsite visits and network infrastructure support. Enhanced adds 24/7 security monitoring and compliance documentation.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No contracts required. Our monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime with no cancellation fees—service simply ends at the end of your billing period. Annual subscriptions (15-17% savings) are paid upfront. Hardware-as-a-Service plans have a 1-year minimum. We believe in earning your business every month.

We provide onsite IT support throughout Southern Nevada including Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Pahrump, Boulder City, and Laughlin. Our Cloud Support plan provides remote-only support and is available to businesses anywhere in the United States. Most issues can be resolved remotely within hours.
