1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Las Vegas IT Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Las Vegas IT Services provides managed IT services, technical support, software licensing, and related technology solutions to businesses. Our services are described on our website and in any service agreements or statements of work.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
3.1 Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees.
3.2 Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase and on each renewal date. We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.
3.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. For existing subscriptions, price changes will take effect at the next renewal period, and we will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- Use the services only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Service Level Agreement
Our support services are provided during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, excluding holidays). Response times vary based on issue severity and your service tier. Emergency support may be available for critical issues affecting business operations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by Las Vegas IT Services or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Service Calls
A Service Call includes up to one (1) hour of on-site service at your location. Any work performed beyond the included hour will be billed at our standard hourly rate. You will be informed before any additional billable work begins.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Las Vegas IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Las Vegas IT Services and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
