What is included in a Support Bundle subscription?
All Support Bundles include: Unlimited helpdesk support (remote or onsite depending on plan), remote monitoring and management (RMM), automated patch management, Microsoft 365 tenant administration, SentinelOne endpoint protection, backup monitoring, vendor coordination, and access to our self-service client portal. Enhanced plans add 24/7 SOC monitoring and compliance documentation.
Are Microsoft 365 licenses included in the Support Bundles?
No — Microsoft 365 licenses are sold separately. Support Bundles include full administration and support for your Microsoft 365 tenant, but the licenses themselves are purchased separately: Business Basic at $7.20/user/month, Business Standard at $15/user/month, or Business Premium at $26.40/user/month. This gives you flexibility to choose the license tier that fits each user's needs.
Is SentinelOne included with Support Bundles or purchased separately?
Included with Support Bundles. SentinelOne Singularity Complete endpoint protection is included with all Support Bundle subscriptions at no extra cost. For businesses without a Support Bundle, SentinelOne can be purchased standalone at $15/device/month or $153/device/year (15% annual discount). SentinelOne provides AI-powered threat detection, ransomware protection, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and behavioral rollback.
What does "per user" pricing mean?
Each user subscription covers 1 person + 1 computer (PC or Mac) plus their share of shared infrastructure support (servers, network equipment, domains). If an employee uses multiple devices, additional devices can be added at a reduced rate. Shared workstations used by multiple employees are counted separately from individual user devices.
Do you offer onsite support in Las Vegas?
Yes — Onsite support is included with Hybrid Support and Enhanced Support plans. We serve businesses in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Pahrump, Boulder City, and Laughlin. What if I don't want a monthly subscription? Can I get one-time support?
Yes — We offer on-demand Service Calls at $125/hour for businesses that don't need ongoing support. Service Calls cover troubleshooting, repairs, installations, consultations, and one-time projects. For businesses needing regular support, our monthly plans offer better value with unlimited helpdesk access included.
What are your support hours?
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific Time for Cloud and Hybrid Support. Enhanced Support includes 24/7 security monitoring through our Security Operations Center (SOC) with after-hours response for critical security incidents, plus priority response during business hours. Do I need a Support Bundle to purchase Managed Firewall, WiFi, or VoIP?
Yes — Advanced Workspace solutions (Managed Firewall, WiFi, VoIP) require an active Hybrid or Enhanced Support subscription. This ensures we can properly monitor, maintain, and support your network infrastructure. Hybrid and Enhanced plans include ongoing management of these services at no additional cost beyond the hardware itself. Firewall available for $1,065 purchase or $89/month Hardware-as-a-Service.
Are there long-term contracts or cancellation fees?
No contracts required. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and service ends at the end of your billing period. Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) plans have a 1-year minimum commitment.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees for Support Bundles, Microsoft 365 licenses, or SentinelOne. Hardware purchases include professional installation and configuration at no extra charge. The only additional costs are hardware (if needed), Microsoft 365 licenses, and optional add-ons like email backup ($3.79/mailbox) or password management ($7/user). All pricing is transparent and listed on this page.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers. Payments processed securely through Stripe. Invoices are generated automatically each billing cycle. Manage payment methods, view invoices, and update billing anytime through our self-service client portal.
How quickly will you respond to support requests?
Our target is 4-hour response during business hours for standard requests. Critical issues (system down, security incidents, business-impacting outages) are prioritized immediately.
