Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) opt-out request
Your rights under CCPA/CPRA
California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Las Vegas IT Services does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, we use third-party analytics and advertising technologies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) that may involve the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. This page lets you opt out of that sharing.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is honored automatically
If your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out under CPRA. No action is required on your part — third-party trackers are suppressed for the duration of your visit. Most privacy-focused browsers (Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox with Global Privacy Control enabled) send this signal by default.
Submit an opt-out request
Submitting this form sets a first-party cookie (lvit_consent=rejected,
12-month expiry) on your current browser, which tells our site to stop loading
third-party trackers. Email is optional — we'll only use it to confirm your request
or to extend the opt-out to any account you hold with us.
