How is this different from managed IT support?
Managed IT support keeps your computers, email, and network working. A virtual CTO decides which systems you should be using, connects them to each other, measures the result, and documents how your team uses them. Both are valuable and most clients pair them together.
Are the included hours use-it-or-lose-it?
Yes. Included hours reset each month and do not roll over. Any time beyond the bundle is billed at your tier's additional-hour rate on the first of the following month.
How long is the commitment?
Month-to-month with a 60-day termination notice, consistent with our Master Services Agreement. A 12-month commitment may be available at a discount. Ask us.
What tools and integrations do you support?
We regularly integrate Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion, Zapier, Make, ServiceTitan, and Twilio. Have something else? If it has an API, we can probably pull it in.
Who writes the SOPs?
All three of us. You know the business. We know the systems. AI helps draft and keep it current. The SOPs live in your dashboard, versioned and searchable, not buried in a dead Google Doc.
